Fifth patch for Arctic Blast!

Some changes here are:

• Added tougher human who can be stunned, but not killed.
• Infinite levels.
• New art for snowballs, which disintegrate when fired on.
• Airplane drops bean cans and barrels; they don't fall randomly.
• Player can no longer fart while dead.
• Egg always hatches after a level is finished.
